Domain, situated at Ko Chiu Road, Yau Tong, is the largest shopping mall of the Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA) in East Kowloon. It is right in the hub of the community with convenient linkage to other districts. It is linked to MTR Yau Tong Station and in the close proximity of the Eastern Harbour Crossing. Provision of Marketing and Leasing Services for Domain and Shopping Spine in Yau Tong
The Hong Kong Housing Authority (HA) intends to invite applications from interested and eligible estate agents for inclusion into the estate agent list for the provision of marketing and leasing services for Domain and Shopping Spine. This list will be valid for two years.
Domain is an integrated shopping centre of HA and is connected to Yau Tong MTR Station, with about 150 shops and a total gross floor area of about 45 000m2. It is pitched at a regional mall level targeted at young families.
Commission will be awarded to the estate agent who can introduce a suitable tenant acceptable to HA to lease the concerned premises in Domain and Shopping Spine and completion of all leasing formalities. The estate agent shall be responsible for conducting marketing action and identifying, sourcing and proposing suitable tenants for Domain and Shopping Spine in accordance with the planned trade mix and assist the prospective tenants to complete and submit the leasing tender documents to HA.
Estate agents satisfying the criteria listed below are invited to apply for registration:-
(a) having leased or sold not less than 2 000m2. internal floor area of local/overseas retail properties during the preceding five years; and
(b) currently employing at least two full time staff members actively involved in leasing or sale of retail properties with not less than three years’ experience and holding valid licences granted by the Estate Agents Authority.
In addition, they shall also be limited companies holding valid licences granted by the Estate Agents Authority.
Interested and eligible estate agents should submit their applications together with supporting information to demonstrate they meet the criteria as stated above to the following address by post/fax or by hand during working hours from 8:45am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) on or before 9 August 2019:-
